According to the Baby Center, here are some of the Moms' Picks Best of 2018 overall baby and toddler products.
The UPPAbaby Vista comes with a bassinet and toddler seat to meet the needs of your child, from newborn months to toddler years. Simply detach the bassinet to carry your sleeping infant inside, or let your growing toddler ride completely upright. The VISTA can comfortably transport up to three children, and its durable, lightweight construction provides a safe and reliable ride.
Best infant car seat
The Graco SnugRide 35 Elite Infant Car Seat makes it easy to get baby in and out with its one-handed adjustable handle. The six-position base lets you customize installation according to your vehicle, and the easy-to-read level indicator lets you know when the fit is right. Soft infant head and body supports give babies a comfortable, secure fit, and the Silent Shade canopy adjusts without waking them. Attach the seat to any Graco Click Connect stroller for easy travel.
Best baby bottle
Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Original Bottle has an internal venting system to help prevent gas and reduce colic and spit-up. The bottle's controlled flow encourages babies to feed at their own pace, helping to promote good digestion and reduce feeding problems, especially in newborns.

In today's world of technology, particularly regarding photography, memories are captured through digital cameras, but those precious images almost never make their way into albums or frames these days. Right? It's almost rare to see physical photos on walls or tables anymore. They stay either on your computer or on a flash drive. You say, "I'll get them printed someday," but we all know that "someday" usually never arrives.
Because I value what I create for my clients, I am all for bringing back the "old school" ways of showing and displaying your images by flipping through albums and showing off treasured memories on your walls. Let's bring back the tradition of preserving your photos through beautiful bound books and displays of art portraiture on your walls. These will be heirloom items to pass down from generation to generation. Your printed images will be the most expressive way to enjoy your photographs.
Other reasons for printing your images:
It has long been acknowledged that family photos on display in a home help boost a child's sense of identity and create a sense of belonging. Each time they walk by a family photograph, which is countless times a day, a message is sent...
“You, my dear child, are important. You matter. You have a special place in this world. You are part of this thing called FAMILY and we love you.”
I wonder what they think when they walk by a USB drive?
Memories in print - priceless!
Digital vs Print
Which would you rather have?
Another new additional service DreamWorld Photography is adding this month is our Fresh 48 sessions. These sessions capture those precious first 24 - 48 hours of your child's birth. I will come to the hospital or place of birth during daylight hours and the session will be about 45 minutes. You will receive ten 5 x 7 prints.
The Fresh 48 session is perfect for remembering that first day of your baby's arrival. Some of the images we may capture will be their tiny baby feet, maybe a nice big yawn, being held by their mommy and daddy as well as those quiet moments between you and your new baby. This session is more of a lifestyle session where I will not pose the baby or bring props. It will be just me capturing those first sweet moments in a natural way.
Your baby changes so fast. Wouldn't it be cool to have those images of maybe siblings meeting their new baby brother or sister for the first time, or daddy's first diaper change or meeting the grandparents? These are fleeting moments that can be part of your forever visual moments and creating your visual history that will stay with you forever.
Since these type of sessions are on an "on-call" basis, only a limited number of Fresh 48 sessions will be scheduled in any given month. Therefore, it is highly recommended to schedule these sessions about three months prior to your due date and then letting me know when you are in labor so I can plan accordingly to schedule the exact date for the session to fall within that first 48 hours of birth.

What better way to begin this new journey you are on by having photos done shortly before you give birth to your beautiful new baby. Beginning this month, DreamWorld Photography will begin offering maternity sessions. These will be held in the comfort and security of your own home. These maternity sessions are best scheduled between 32 - 36 weeks of pregnancy. I offer a 30-minute session and you will receive five 5 x 7 prints.
You might be feeling self-conscious about how you look or that you just think you look ginormous and wonder why you would ever have photos taken of you at this point in your pregnancy. So, why have maternity photos taken during the last several weeks prior to giving birth? Because your pregnancy is such a meaningful and special time of your life, that you should document this journey. It should be celebrated! This is an exciting time in your life. It is freezing a moment in time. Also, if you already have other children, include them, too. They will love being a part of anticipating their new little brother or sister.
As your child grows, they will love and cherish seeing how you looked when they were still in your tummy. It also shows how much you already loved them before they were born. Photos are a powerful tool in triggering memories, feelings and emotions. Why wouldn't you want to have photos of your big, beautiful baby belly?
