Thank you for letting me capture your child. Ordering instructions are as follows:
Please follow the link below to view your child(ren’s) proofs. I know I said in the first e-mail you would be provided two to five images from which to choose, but I couldn’t help myself (they were all so stinking cute) and have included up to at least ten different images (both in color and black and white) from which to choose. You may choose your one favorite for ordering from my three different collections, or you may choose to order a few different images a la carte. It’s totally up to you.
Once you have opened the link, click on “View Photos” to be taken directly to the gallery. All images are still watermarked for proof only. However, this will be removed when the order is placed.
To choose your image, hover over the image. You will see in the lower right hand corner, a shopping cart. Just click on the cart and then chose the collection or individual size prints you wish to order. Note, you will only be able to choose one image to print for a collection or any of the multiple sizes. Add to the cart by putting in the quantity. Click “Keep Shopping” or “View Cart” to check out. All prices are shown with sales tax already included. When you click on “Check Out,” you will be directed to the payment screen. Fill in as required. For shipping, it should default to “FREE.” I will receive notification that you are placing an order and have paid. All orders will be shipped to me and I will deliver them to the school for distribution.
In addition, as I mentioned in my initial e-mail, these photos are not retouched. If you would like any blemishes removed, or other minor touch-ups (does not include braces, glasses, etc. being removed) performed before you place your order, I charge $20 per image. Just let me know which image(s) you would like touched up and I will send you a separate invoice.
DEADLINE FOR ORDERING: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2019
Please understand, some children are more giving with their personalities and comfortable in front of the camera, so you might notice that some children have more photographs in their gallery. We do our very best to work with every child and we never force a child to do anything they are not comfortable with.
The galleries are separated by class. Simply, look for your child's particular class, i.e. 1st grade, etc. and scroll until you find your child. Follow the instructions for ordering you were given in the e-mail sent to you by your school.
