Minimum requirement is 250 words. I use the word count feature in MS Word to verify the number of words.
Proofreading Services include:
I DO NOT create or write content. I only proof what you have already written.
For Proofing Directly Online:
Everyday Service - 48 - 72 hours turnaround
$0.05 per word
Express Service - 24 hours or less turnaround (page restriction of ten (10) pages or less)
$0.08 per word
Super Express Service - 12 hours or less turnaround (page restriction of five (5) pages or less)
$0.15 per word
For MS Word Documents:
Everyday Service - 48 - 72 hours turnaround
$0.03 per word
Express Service - 24 hours or less turnaround (page restriction of ten (10) pages or less)
$0.05 per word
Super Express Service - 12 hours or less turnaround (page restriction of five (5) pages or less)
$0.10 per word
Payment: Since cost is based on your word count, please do not submit payment until you have received an e-mail from me confirming acceptance of your project and confirming your word count. Payment will be due when all final changes have been made and approved. Upon receipt of payment, your final corrected document(s) will be sent to you.
I work exclusively through e-mail. Therefore, you will e-mail your text or document as an attachment in a MS Word document (.doc or .docx) directly to patti@dreamworldphotography.net or you can upload (max. 20MB) it directly on my contact page. Please add my e-mail to your address list to ensure my e-mails do not end up in your spam folder.

You must fill out all required fields on the "Contact" page. When I receive your submission form, I will respond with an e-mail requesting your document(s) to be considered for proofing.

Proofreading Process
If you do not have your current online text in a MS Word format, then let me know you want me to proof your current text directly from your website. If that is the case, then I will outline in an e-mail any errors that need to be corrected. Once you have approved the corrections and payment has been made, you will be sent a final copy in which you will be responsible to make the corrections on your website if you self-publish or contact your website administrator to make those corrections.

Proofreading Process
- Upon receipt of your MS Word document(s), I will review it to determine if I can complete the proofing by your deadline date.
- If accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming your word count.
- I will notify you when I begin your project.
- If necessary, I will use the Track Changes feature in MS Word in order for you to see the changes I suggest as well as submit a clean copy with my changes for you to either approve or make additional changes.
- When my proofreading is finished, I will send a final invoice for the total amount due. Upon receipt of the payment, I will send your final document with my changes to you via e-mail. You will then be able to review each change with the Track Changes feature and either accept or reject them. If you accept all changes, you would select that option on Track Changes and be able to produce your final document with all of my changes integrated.
