By hiring DreamWorld Photography to provide proofreading services (the Service) for your website, you (the Client) agree that you understand and accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined below. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Therefore, please carefully read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
DreamWorld Photography provides quality proofreading services; however, it is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure the accuracy of the content to be proofed. Client will also be responsible for accepting or declining the changes or suggestions made by DreamWorld Photography. DreamWorld Photography is not responsible for checking facts.
The Client acknowledges that all material submitted for proofing is his/her own. You certify that any written work is not in violation of any local, state or federal laws (including Federal Copyright laws.) You agree to hold harmless DreamWorld Photography against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from any lawsuit, arbitration, dispute, or similar proceeding involving, but not limited to, a criminal violation of local, state or federal laws (including Copyright laws), a civil claim for tort, contract and/or property damages, or an administrative proceeding which arises from the publication, transmission or distribution related to any material you or an authorized third party sends via e-mail or any other method to DreamWorld Photography. You agree to hold harmless DreamWorld Photography against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your violation of this Agreement.
You agree to provide all information requested when submitting your document(s).
DreamWorld Photography does not issue reimbursements unless there has been negligence or any other unreasonable actions or conduct of DreamWorld Photography.
Neither you nor DreamWorld Photography will be held liable for any "Acts of God" (fire, natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, pandemics, etc.) or interruption or failure of electricity, Internet access or telephone service which would hinder, inhibit or terminate DreamWorld Photography from performing the Service hired to perform. If such conditions should cause you to cancel the Service, you will not hold DreamWorld Photography responsible or liable for any repercussions or postponements of the Service from DreamWorld Photography.
All proofed work is sent via e-mail. The Client is responsible for checking their e-mail regarding their order and answering, if requested, our e-mail in a timely manner.
DreamWorld Photography will not proof, under any circumstances, websites or other online content that are pornographic, explicit, vulgar or otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse proofing any document(s) that may be submitted.
The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Should any modifications occur after you have hired DreamWorld Photography, I will inform you of such modification(s). If you continue to use my services, you constitute your acceptance of any modifications, changes or revisions to the Terms and Conditions.
You agree to prices as stated in the Rates & Services as well as using Square for any and all payments to DreamWorld Photography. Other means of payment, i.e. check, money order, etc. will not be accepted and may result in a delay of proofreading your document(s).
Upon receipt of an e-mail from DreamWorld Photography, which is considered "in writing" stating what work will be done and payment received, then and only then will you enter into a contract between you and DreamWorld Photography. This will serve as my acceptance of your project and will create a binding contract for both parties.
The deadline date of your project shall not be changed once I have begun your project unless otherwise noted in writing via e-mail and agreed upon by both parties. You may not change the deadline date on your own without notifying DreamWorld Photography. You must receive a confirmation from me either accepting or denying a change in your deadline date. If DreamWorld Photography does not accept the deadline date change from you, the deadline date originally stated in the contract will stand.
You agree to immediately contact DreamWorld Photography if you change your e-mail address.
